Custom invitation suites are built from scratch, just for you. We believe that every suite we create should illustrate your love perfectly. Your designs are never reused or resold.
Custom designs have many advantages over pre-made suites including personality, flexibility and creativity. Your wedding invitations set the tone for your big day, and a beautifully executed suite will leave a lasting impression on your guests and fuel the anticipation for your wedding.

Semi-Custom suites pre-built with aspects of the designs customizable to you. Our semi-customs are built with the same love and attention as our full custom suites. While certain aspects are able to be changed, the base design remains the same. These suites are an incredible option for clients on a compressed timeline or needing a cost-friendly alternative to full custom design services.

Hand addressing is based on availability, first come first serve, with priority given to full custom clients.

Custom Design Process

CONSULTATION
Our first step in the process is to connect and discuss your vision. We love to take this opportunity to learn more about you, your story, and what is most important to you in your design. In-person and virtual consultations are available, however, in-person consultations are always recommended in order to look and feel which paper types are right for you. During this time we will discuss functionality, paper and embellishment options, color palette, and the finer details of the overall design. Consultations are not booked until a budget has been provided by the client or planner. If you are undecided as to whether you want to book with us please reach out via email and we can set up a discovery call to answer any questions.

BOOKING
After our consultation, and once we have a clear vision, we are able to prepare an in-depth concept sketch, timeline and proposal, along with your unique client portal login. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your spot on the studio calendar. When you have officially booked, we will send over all reference and support materials and questionnaires relevant to your project. We understand that invitations have specific etiquette, formalities, and unspoken rules, so we are here to guide you through every step!

DESIGN
This is the fun part! We will take everything we have discussed and pull it all together into a cohesive and personalized suite. We want to make sure your designs are perfect, so all clients receive a set number of revision rounds based on the services hired. You will receive detailed digital proofs with each round.

Now that we have perfected our designs it is time to move to print! Before we do, you will receive a final proof for approval. At this time you will also submit your final guest list for addressing, lock in the final quantities desired, and pay your final invoice. Printing times vary depending on the process. Digital print is always the most time efficient, but note that letterpress and foil-press can take up to 4 weeks to print. Rush rates start at 25% for 100 suites and is available by request only.

POST-PRODUCTION
Most of our clients choose to add a variety of post-production services, however, these are optional items. This includes envelope calligraphy, assembly, stuffing and postage application. We do not drop invitations at the post office for liability purposes, so suites will always hit your door before they go out in the mail. We are here to provide as much or as little as our clients need in order to best fit a wide range of budgets. Invitation design is creative, exciting, and set's the tone for your event, so sit back and let us do the heavy lifting!
